Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko might not have been the only ones to wake up with headaches the morning after their titanic tussle last April, as a clip of the post-fight celebrations that has been doing the rounds online shows a hilarious clash of heads between AJ’s jubilant promoter Eddie Hearn and former WBC cruiserweight champion Tony Bellew.
Joshua had to drag himself from the canvas to eventually finish Klitschko in the 11th round of the thrilling contest – which played out in front of a staggering 90,000 people at Wembley Stadium in London – and add the WBA heavyweight title to the IBF strap that he already owned. It was a huge night for British boxing and for the heavyweight division, which had long been in dire need of a shot in the arm.
Understandably, there was chaos in the ring afterwards, with Joshua’s team dancing around their exhausted fighter. Hearn hugged everyone in sight. A beacon of journalistic impartiality, Bellew jumped up on the apron and kissed Joshua. His eyes then met the eyes of Hearn, who is his promoter also, and the pair lunged into an awkward embrace that ended painfully for both.
Though a mixture of endorphins and adrenaline was undoubtedly coursing through his body, acting as a powerful, natural analgesic, Hearn certainly seemed to feel the butt. Although, after the clip was tweeted out by Michael Benson of talkSport today, Hearn no-sold Bellew’s butting-power.
Can't believe I've never seen this before… Eddie Hearn and Tony Bellew headbutting each other after Joshua stops Klitschko ?

Didn't even feel that at the time ??

It’s hard to believe that one, Eddie.
