Taylor (9-0), will first have to get past Kimberly Connor in the O2 Arena on the 28th of July but with her expected to come through with the win, her matchup against Serrano will be a much more competitive affair.
Ranked by BoxRec as the ninth-best featherweight in the world, she’ll hold a massive pro-experience advantage over the Bray-native, boasting a record of (27-5-3).
Taylor’s achievements since turning pro have been pretty astounding, all things considered, and with a win over Serrano, she could well be setting herself up for a potentially massive 2019.
